Ritchie and Maybelle made sure we had exactly what we needed throughout our stay. The apartment is very spacious, exceptionally clean with one hell of a view. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning system was brilliant. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who likes luxury, as it lives up to all the pictures on Air B&B. Great location, near Kata Center and a short walk to a glorious beach. Thank you for looking after us guys, and making our honeymoon so special. ❤︎🇹🇭

Richie was very helpful in arranging local transportation for us as well. His cafe also has good food options. I would say the pictures dont do justice to the place as it is much much better than what you see in pictures and they have done up the place really well with comfort for their guests.

Stayed in airbnb’s all over and this one stands out in a big way. The view is the best I’ve ever seen. The location is one of the best I’ve ever been in. Your a 5 minute walk from everything you need in the heart of town, but the condo is quiet as can be with almost no commotion. 5 minute walk from the beach.
Hosts are incredible. They provide all information necessary to make for a comfortable and exciting stay at the condo. Don’t look anymore and just book this one.
I will add, the electricity is a bit expensive to pay at the end of your stay. My wife and I used the AC in the house only at night, turned lights off everytime we were done using something or left the house, and didn’t use anything electric powered unnecessarily, and for 3 full days it was a 1600 baht bill.
It is still a no brainer in my opinion to book here. We will 100% come back.

Superb apartment; the listing made it seem pretty private, it was even moreso in experience. A stone's throw from bustling Kata beach, this was a a great place to retreat to during some dive certification. The complex was quiet and felt nestled in the surrounding trees and hills - lots of of birds and birdsong. Easy to pretend you were somewhere more remote. Everything in the apartment was comfortable and according to the pictures. Both days I hit the picture-worthy pool it was completely private. Richie was an excellent manager of the listing, perfect communication, and was able to sort a motorbike rental for me on arrival; terrific! Design touches in both the apartment and complex add to the stay. Note electricy is paid seperately, I spent about 1600 thb for 4 nights with heavy a/c use. Recommended; I'm not sure there's anything nearby anywhere as half private/posh at this price!

Had a great stay at Maybelle and Richie’s place, amazing value for money. You do need a scooter really to get around but you know this when booking somewhere slightly outside of the beach strip areas and it’s 5 mins to get to the beach. Really Clean and comfortable home with all listed amenities, the free breakfast at maybelles coffee garden was a nice touch and is really yummy.
Maybelle and Richie were also very helpful and communicative throughout, helped us with taxis and recommendations and were flexible with our check out as we had to leave before we could meet again to settle the checkout.
Overall seamless experience and thanks again for having us!

Our stay was perfect all around! Everything was very clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and responded very quickly to all requests. We especially loved the breakfast at the in-house restaurant Maybelle's Garden – especially the smoothie was a highlight! The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and it was just a quick trip to the beach, perfect for relaxing days in the sun. We stayed in one of Richie and Maybelle's apartments from Sunday to Thursday and are more than thrilled!
The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection, where there is something for everyone. The staff are super nice and always make sure you have a good time. We also had dinner here and it was just as delicious. The apartment was spacious and you felt very comfortable due to the beautiful interior. The hosts helped us well with questions and concerns. Maybelle & Richie are wonderful hosts. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The little café "Maybelles Coffee Garden" with the loving employees round off the stay. The apartment is quietly located in the hills next to Kata-Beach.

Perfect apartment with incredible views. Away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street but within a 5 min walk to all restaurants and the beach. a small steep hill to seperate you from the town but totally worth it for the amazing views and peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice big sized villa with plenty of space to move around and beautiful inside. Very clean.
The breakfast at the cafe is absolutely delicious.
Richard and Maybelle are both lovely hosts and readily available.
Although nicely positioned on a side street back from the main road, there is still some road noise at night which I wasn't able expecting being a light sleeper, but I slept well regardless
Overall this was a very nice stay and I'm already contemplating returning in 2025.
A scooter to get about is highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Maybelle and Richie’s. The neighbourhood was peaceful yet only 5 min away from the main Kata area. This side of Phuket was also good fun with lots of things to do. The place itself was well equipped and Maybelle/Richie were available throughout to help with stuff. Even the scootie recommendation and service was great help. One suggestion though that since most international flights are late in the night, a luggage drop off facility beyond 5pm would be really helpful for guests.

This was a wonderful place to spend a few nights in Kata Beach. Maybelle's place is close enough to walk to all the local amenities, yet just far enough as to feel quiet and peaceful.
The view from the balcony is amazing, just as it is in the pictures.
The hosts always respond quickly and provide clear and detailed instructions and recommendations.
If I'm ever back in Kata, I'll definitely try to book this place again.

It is situated on a hillside just a few minutes walk from the town of Kata and Kata Beach.
Looks like it was recently renovated. Very peaceful setting, especially in the evening.
Handy having the washing machine there including a Nespresso machine and portable Bose speaker. Good value for money compared to the nearby hotels such as Novotel or Ozo.
You will not have any regrets staying here.

Rating, 5 stars,·June 2024Maybelle and Richard are both great hosts, they are quick and responsive to answer question you have and had terrific local tips for me. The location is close to the Kata beach area and with lots of supermarkets close by. The surrounding is beautiful and they have an amazing breakfast option right next to the apartment, which I enjoyed every morning.
If you are interested in Muay Thai there is a great gym with great conches just a 3 minute walk away.
I enjoyed my stay so much that I instantly booked another week as I was still there, which I am looking forward to.
Would definitely recommend!

A big advantage is that daily full breakfasts and cleaning once a week are included.
You need to have your own (or rental) transport to live here. By motorbike or car you can quickly reach Karon, Kata Noi, and Kata beaches (we recommend the first 2).
You'd better not leave your shoes outside the house overnight because the local dogs might take them away and chew them. 😁 But they are cute and friendly to residents.
The nearest shops and cheap cafes are located on Koktanod Road.
Near the house there is a purified water dispenser for 1 THB/l and a washing machine for 30 THB.
We highly recommend Richie and Maybelle's house for a stay!

The hosts were hospitable and friendly.
You can see Big Budha from the street. Has Split AC units in the living room and bedroom so it's always comfortable. WiFi is good. TV is good. All the furnishings are new and nothing is lacking.
The best part is Maybelle's Coffee Garden next door. All the food we had there was A+.
I would recommend this booking to friends and will hopefully be back our next trip around.

Clean brand new house, with two balconies from the both sides of the house. AC helped us a lot to survive in hot days. VERY FRIENDLY AND POSSITIVE STUFF
