A big advantage is that daily full breakfasts and cleaning once a week are included.
You need to have your own (or rental) transport to live here. By motorbike or car you can quickly reach Karon, Kata Noi, and Kata beaches (we recommend the first 2).
You'd better not leave your shoes outside the house overnight because the local dogs might take them away and chew them. 😁 But they are cute and friendly to residents.
The nearest shops and cheap cafes are located on Koktanod Road.
Near the house there is a purified water dispenser for 1 THB/l and a washing machine for 30 THB.
We highly recommend Richie and Maybelle's house for a stay!

Everything is new, nicely decorated and super clean. Great is that it has mosquito nets on all windows and doors, so you can sleep with the window open and enjoy the light evening wind.
Breakfast at Maybelles Coffee Garden right next door was super delicious, we also enjoyed dinner in the beautiful garden. Maybelle and Richy are great and very nice hosts. We had rented two scooters, so we got around everywhere.

The hosts were hospitable and friendly.
You can see Big Budha from the street. Has Split AC units in the living room and bedroom so it's always comfortable. WiFi is good. TV is good. All the furnishings are new and nothing is lacking.
The best part is Maybelle's Coffee Garden next door. All the food we had there was A+.
I would recommend this booking to friends and will hopefully be back our next trip around.

Rating, 5 stars,·August 2023We had a fantastic stay. The place is new so everything was perfect and is very spacious. It so beautiful around the Airbnb. Maybelle’s coffee garden is just a couple steps away. The breakfast is really outstanding and many other dishes we had. Maybelle and Ritchie are super nice people. We stayed at the Airbnb for 8 nights. Yes we will be back. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Clean brand new house, with two balconies from the both sides of the house. AC helped us a lot to survive in hot days. VERY FRIENDLY AND POSSITIVE STUFF
